Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to The Networking Luncheon, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Ticket Purchase

  • All tickets are non-refundable.

  • Ticket transfers are allowed up to 15 days prior to the event.

  • Tickets are valid only for the event date and are non-transferable beyond the stated transfer window.

Admission

  • All attendees must comply with the formal all-white dress code.

  • Entry may be denied if ticket holders fail to meet the dress code or event rules.

​

Event Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

  • The event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior.

Vendor Participation

  • Vendors must comply with all vendor policies outlined on the Vendor Application Page.

  • Vendor fees and placement details are separate from ticket purchases and managed individually.

Liability

  • The Networking Luncheon and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Attendees participate at their own risk.

  • Organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

Photography & Media

  • Event photography and videography may occur.

  • By attending, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or programming.

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation, refunds will be issued per the ticket provider’s policy.
